Back in 2005, we said that RP AXIS is “not your typical consulting firm.”  We’re more than that.  We’ve come full circle with the development of our firm’s ability to provide value and information.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Long before RP Report and RP AXIS and the other fantastic sites and products we’ve developed, I created “iOrderout.biz.”  Why am I telling you this?  Because it changed my life.  The website’s purpose was to bring clients and restaurants together, and help food delivery take on a greater sense of simplicity and ease of use.  But it quickly became more than that.

Like most new business owners, I had limited funds.  This made many ‘conventional’ approaches to building my business impossible—if you’re not already in the door, the philosophy goes, then there’s no chance you can get in.  When confronted with the fact that I had almost no money to invest in advertising, I redoubled my efforts.  Sure, I got discouraged now and then.  I think one of the common pitfalls for entrepreneurs is to stop listening to their own voice of inspiration, and to start searching for people who tell them what they want to hear—that it’s crazy to go on, or that it’s too difficult.

I refused to listen, instead seeking help from friends and anyone who would assist me with getting my ideas off the ground in full force.  What began as a simple food-delivery system soon expanded into an entire palette of services with a clear-cut mission.  My aim was simple: to develop a better system for people who were venturing into the online world. My target audience consisted of people who knew the risks involved but wanted something in return for the time and money invested.

By later that year, in the summer of 2001, folks in the web development community were talking about “content management.”  The prospect of putting the power into the hands of end users to make changes to their own sites, in real-time, was absolutely inspiring.  People loved it.  By the next year, RP AXIS was born, placing a focus on design, ease of use, and informational, accurate content.  We made content management systems (CMS) a reality.
 

TEN-YEAR ANNIVERSARY

We’re proud to announce the 10-year anniversary of RP AXIS on May 26, 2012.  We have some huge changes in store for our readers, with an emphasis on retaining the same fantastic, easy-to-use interface while creating a more minimalist, stripped-down look and feel.  The quality of what you’ll find inside is only improving.  We’re placing more importance on what we can do directly for you—expanding our palette of services, and letting you know about it, is one of the first and best things we can do to make RP AXIS even more useful to you.  Our focus is on usability, design and content.     

Furthermore, we’re doing more than simply expanding our portfolio.  Here at RP AXIS, the focus has always been to serve our readers with informed and timely information about new investment opportunities in the tech sector.  Particularly, we know you want to keep on top of the latest emerging technologies with an eye for how their applications can blend together for new ventures.
